Jennifer is a graduate of Pender Public Schools. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Mount Marty College in Yankton, SD, and her Master of Science Degree in Nursing and Certification of Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH.
