Midwest Health Partners is seeking an experienced, motivated leader to serve as our next Administrator.
Serving the Norfolk community since 1984, Midwest Health Partners is an established, independent healthcare organization committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We are looking for a strong leader who can build on that foundation while helping guide our organization into its next chapter.
The Administrator will provide leadership and oversight of the overall operations of Midwest Health Partners, working closely with physicians, providers, managers, and staff to ensure the organization remains financially strong, operationally effective, and focused on exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and direction for daily clinic operations • Lead, support, and develop department managers and staff • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational planning • Monitor staffing needs, productivity, and organizational performance • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and employment requirements • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and workflow • Promote accountability, communication, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture • Work collaboratively with physicians and providers on organizational priorities • Help position Midwest Health Partners for continued growth and long-term success
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is a strong leader and problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. The right candidate will be comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities, holding others accountable, and building strong working relationships throughout the organization.
Healthcare management experience is strongly preferred. Experience in medical practice administration, business operations, human resources, finance, or a related leadership role would be beneficial.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands that successful healthcare administration requires balancing the needs of patients, employees, providers, and the business.

Midwest Health Partners is looking for a full-time or part-time nurse to join our team in a friendly, fast-paced Family Medicine & Convenient Clinic. Our hours are M-F 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Sat & Sun 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Staff rotates a few days per week to provide service throughout these hours.
Person selected will be responsible for general nursing duties. English/Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
