We are asking our patients to please CALL for an appointment when you need to see a provider for non-acute care. Please refer to the examples below (this list is not all inclusive). Feel free to call if you are not sure if you need an appointment or not.
Call for Appointment Examples:
Physicals: Annual, Sports, Pre-Op, DOT
Follow Ups: Chronic Conditions, Diabetes, Hypertension, Medication Refills, etc.
Procedures: Toenail Removal, Wart Removal, Cysts, Knee Injections, Trigger Point Injections, etc.
Walk In OR Call for Appointment
Examples: Acute Care: Sore Throat, Not Feeling Well, Influenza, Ear Infection, Pinkeye, etc.
